When booking a reading, coaching session, healing or course with Lottie Wynn Psychic Medium please be aware of the following terms & conditions that you are entering into agreement of :
Readings (Psychic & Mediumship), Spiritual guidance and coaching & Energy Healing sessions (Rahanni, Crystal healing, Angelic golden ray healing)
- If you wish to record the session with Lottie, this can be requested during or in advance of the session, if this is not requested a recording of the session will not be available. Alternatively, you are welcome to take notes during the session. During readings a lot of information can come through, so often it may not make sense at the time. Having a recording or taking notes can help you to reflect back on your reading to allow a deeper understanding of the messages that are made available to you.
- If you wish to publish your recording, please make sure to request this either at the time of your reading or by contacting Lottie to request permission to do so.
- Readings work on both a spiritual and scientific basis. Lottie’s job is to bridge that gap. With this in mind, results cannot always be guaranteed.
- Please make sure to arrive in time for your appointment. An email will be sent the day before to remind you of your appointment and time. When preparing for a session Lottie has a period of time between clients to adjust her energies to be able to disconnect from her previous client and to tap in for her next, whether psychically or as a conduit for the spirit world as a Medium or for an Energy healing session. This enables Lottie to honour her clients with an authentic connection especially for them. If you arrive late for an appointment, this will mean either the session will have to be reduced in time to fulfil other client bookings, or alternatively that you will be considered absent and the session will not go ahead.
- If you do not make your initial appointment, you will have 1 opportunity to reschedule. If a second appointment fails to be met, no further opportunities to reschedule will be offered and a new booking will have to be made.
- If a client fails to meet their appointment commitments due to the aforementioned a refund will not be provided.
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason for a refund request.
- On occasion, Lottie may have to reschedule appointments, either due to unforeseen circumstances, or due to a health condition that she manages. This happens very rarely. If this does happen, an email will be sent to the participant in advance, along with an opportunity to reschedule the booking to another convenient date and time. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
- Lottie is not a medical professional, and therefore please be aware that if any insight is received through readings, offering guidance on natural remedies or steps to take to support your mental health & well-being, it is the participants responsibility to check with a healthcare professional that it is safe to action any of the insights offered, should they wish to look into doing so.
- Lottie will not offer insight into medical or health diagnoses nor diagnose specific health ailments. For example, Lottie cannot offer insight into whether you may be susceptible to or are currently experiencing a specific health ailment.
- Lottie does not offer predictions or insight on when a specific individual may transition.
- Lottie does not provide predictions on Legal outcomes.
- It is recommended to leave a period of 3-6 months between psychic readings. Within any reading, the information provided can take time to unfold, especially if there is any future based insight offered.
- If you are recently experiencing a bereavement of a loved one, allow yourself a period of time to move through the grieving process. When booking a Mediumship session, our passed loved ones understand the importance of grieving, and therefore will come through when the time is right for both themselves and you to do so. It is recommended a minimum of 6 months to a year before booking in with a Medium to connect with a loved one who may have recently transitioned.
- During Mediumship readings, Lottie cannot control who comes forward during a session. Spirit will take control of the experience. But the information channelled will always be relevant to what the participant is needing to receive at the given time.
- Any healing service is offered as a complimentary therapy to work alongside any medical treatments, and not a cure. When booking in for a healing session a consultation will take place. If you are experiencing anything at the time of your booking that may not align with the healing, then the session will be cancelled or rescheduled until a date that may be more beneficial. For example, if you are undergoing radiation treatment or chemotherapy for a cancer condition it is wise to focus on the treatment in the first instance, and to book in for a healing session a short period of time after so as not to interfere with the medical treatment. If you are looking to book in for a healing session and are currently experiencing a health concern or are undergoing treatment, please reach out to Lottie in advance of booking to cover any questions or concerns you may have.
- Lottie also offers bookings for Energy healing to both children and animals. The above will also apply when booking in for these sessions.
- Following your healing session, an energetic clearing will take place. This can result in some side-effects that may take place over a period of 1-3 days. This is normal. However if you have any concerns around these, please make sure to consult Lottie
- All online bookings are based on UK time-zones. Please be sure to check your timezone based on location at the time of your booking.
Courses
If you have booked in for a Rahanni Practitioner Level 1 attunement, or Rahanni Teaching course, please be aware of the following terms & conditions.
- All courses are currently held online. Please be aware this is based on UK time-zones. Please be sure to check your timezone based on your location when booking your course place.
- Manuals will be sent out either via post (currently UK only) or as a PDF document prior to the course commencement. If this has not been received, please be sure to make Lottie aware within 7 working days of course commencement.
- A disclaimer will be sent in advance of the course commencement. Please be sure to complete and return this 7 days in advance of course commencement.
- A zoom link will be provided prior to course commencement.
- Please be sure on the day that you will be in a quiet space where you will not be disrupted during the time your course is taking place.
- Other students will be attending each course, and therefore it is important to act respectfully to one another at all times.
- An attunement will take place during the course. Please make sure to be in a space that allows you to be on camera, hands-free so this can proceed.
- Following your attunement, an energetic clearing will take place. This can result in some side-effects that may take place over a period of 1-3 days. This is normal. However if you have any concerns around these, please make sure to consult Lottie
- If you are looking to practice Rahanni professionally following your attunement, you will need to ensure that you are fully insured to do so. It is the Practioners/Teachers responsibility to put this in place.
